RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You can return an item within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items that are damaged beyond normal use.
    • Items that have been replaced with a duplicate product.
    • Items that have been used for an extended period.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at contact@srtrtextiles.in to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  2. Packaging & Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

  3. Return Address: Ship the product to the following address:

🚚 Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your returned item.
  • Refund Method: If approved, your refund will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:
✔ Check your bank account again.
✔ Contact your credit card provider, as it may take additional processing time.
✔ Reach out to your bank, since refunds may take a few business days to reflect.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange:

  1. Email contact@srtrtextiles.in with details of the issue.
  2. Send the defective/damaged product to the return address mentioned above.
 GIFTS
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
SHIPPING POLICY
  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.
  • Non-Refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
  • Tracking: If you are returning an item worth ₹10,000 or more, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance.
