SHIPPING POLICY

At SRTR Textiles Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring timely and efficient delivery of your orders. Please note that order processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout. Below, you will find details on our shipping rates, estimated delivery times, and other important information.

ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
  • Please note that delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen postal service disruptions.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Shipments are dispatched within 48 working hours of orders placed under normal circumstances. However, pre-booked orders or those requiring finishing before dispatch may take longer. Minimum delivery typically takes 4 working days, while maximum delivery may extend to 15 working days, depending on shipping location and courier service. LOCAL DELIVERY

We provide local delivery services within select areas:

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over ₹10,000 within 10KM of the Store.
  • For orders under ₹10,000, a ₹30 local delivery charge applies.
  • Deliveries are made between 09:00 AM to 05:00PM  on Monday to Saturday.
  • We will notify you via text message before our arrival using the phone number provided at checkout.
 IN-STORE PICKUP

You can skip shipping fees and opt for free in-store pickup at the following location(s):

How It Works:

  1. Place your order and select local pickup at checkout.
  2. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation with pickup instructions once your order is ready.
  4. Our pickup hours are 09:00 AM to 05:00PM on Monday to Saturday
  5. Please bring your order confirmation email when picking up your order.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently not ship internationally, will be later

 SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • Incorrect Address: If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, we are not responsible for lost shipments. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If you believe your package is missing, please contact the carrier.
  • Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, customs clearance).
TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order through our shipping carrier’s website.
